Landmark Metals Terms & Conditions

GENERAL PURCHASE ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Acceptance of this purchase order constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions listed herein including but not limited to requirements for Part Number, Quantity, Unit Price, Unit of Measure, compliance to relevant drawings, specifications, processes, work instructions, traceability, paperwork, approved manufacturer and facility. Should there be changes to the P.O. they will be subject to approval and amendment of P.O. provided by Landmark Metals
2. Landmark Metals P.O specifies the processes, products, and services to be provided Including the identification of relevant technical data (e.g., specifications, drawings, process requirements, work instructions);
3. Landmark Metals monitors, controls and reviews quality and delivery performance by the external provider. Performance data is made available upon request
4. As applicable Landmark Metals will specify verification or validation activities the approval of products and services, methods, equipment and the release of products and services that Landmark Metals, or its customer, intends to perform at the external providers’ premises
5. External provider is responsible for testing, inspecting and verifying product and ensuring it meets P.O. requirements prior to shipping to Landmark Metals
6. External provider is responsible to ensure competence, including any required qualification of persons
7. External Provider to follow requirements of design and development control per drawing or customer requirement
8. External provider must also follow special requirements, critical items or key characteristics
9. External Provider should be able to provide evidence for test, inspection, and verification (including production process verification);
10. As applicable, Landmark Metals may use statistical techniques or other verification methods to ensure product supplied meets requirements
11. External provider must do the following IF required for Aerospace applications
▪ implement a quality management system equivalent to ISO 9001, AS9120, AS9100, NADCAP or better:
▪ Use customer-designated or approved external providers, including process sources (e.g., special processes) when flowed down on P.O. or specified by drawing or customer
▪ notify Landmark Metals of nonconforming processes, products, or services and obtain approval for their disposition
▪ prevent the use of suspected unapproved, unapproved, and counterfeit parts
▪ notify Landmark Metals of changes to processes, products, or services, including changes of their external providers or location of manufacture;
▪ flow down to their subtier external providers applicable requirements including customer requirements;
▪ provide test specimens for design approval, Inspection/verification, investigation, or auditing;
▪ provide a certificate of conformity, test reports, or authorized release certificate, as applicable
▪ retain documented information, for a minimum of 10 years or as required by customer and dispose thereafter;
12. External provider shall ensure the right of access by Landmark Metals, their customer, and regulatory authorities to the applicable areas of facilities and to applicable documented information, at any level of the supply chain
13. External provider shall ensure that personnel are aware of:
▪ their contribution to product or service conformity;
▪ their contribution to product safety;
▪ the importance of ethical behavior
