An iron based high temperature, high strength alloy. Best utilized where moderate strength and oxidation resistance are required at temperatures greater than suitable for most stainless steels. This alloy finds application in gas turbine forgings. It is suited for use up to a temperature of about 1300 F in corrosive environment and to 1500 F for continuous service in oxidizing environments.
